Tenuta Stampino
A dialogue between landscape, history and sensory regeneration
The Tenuta Stampino preserves traces of a corner of the Tuscan landscape and is a memory and testimony to the historical and cultural events that have characterized the community of Andora in the western Ligurian Riviera.
The redevelopment and landscape restoration of this area not only provides an opportunity to enhance a place of high environmental and historical value, but also becomes a strategic area for the care and well-being of its future guests.
In addition to the restoration of the Villa and its historic surroundings, there will also be new spaces dedicated to hospitality, education, and the production and merchandising of the new owners’ wine business. The open spaces, with Land Art works, will not only serve an aesthetic function but will introduce the guest to experience and enjoy different forms of experiential experiences.
The whole area is a botanical-naturalistic trail, helping to stimulate the five senses, increasing guests’ olfactory, visual, tactile, taste and hearing perception. A tale of the winery reinterpreting the cultural, nutritional, health biochemical, pharmacological and aesthetic value of the Ligurian countryside and local food with vine processing, production, wine sales with tasting and a small SPA to relax.
Not only will the historic rows of vines and the pre-existing Monet greenhouse be restored, but among the vegetable garden, orchards, and multiple new plants (including alimurgical, medicinal, and aromatic plants) one will be able to jog, bathe in the bio-lake, or lie in the flower meadows.
